Each ticket includes a themed, educational wine tasting presentation with three sample pours of wine, hearty appetizer plate, printed tasting notes and professional lecture.

Guided by Wine Academy of Utah Sommelier Jim Santangelo, join us for an unforgettable dining experience featuring a rich and creamy Potato Chowder paired with freshly baked cornbread, followed by perfectly grilled chicken served with a vibrant succotash of sweet corn and fresh vegetables. For dessert, indulge in our Caramel Corn Mille-Feuille, a sophisticated blend of flaky puff pastry, smooth pastry cream, and caramel corn for a satisfying crunch.

Guided by Wine Academy of Utah Sommelier Jim Santangelo, this spine-tingling wine tasting includes a Halloween-themed meal prepared by our in-house Chef Deb. Join us for butternut squash soup sprinkled with a hint of cinnamon, followed by savory, braised chicken thighs with buttery mashed potatoes. For dessert, indulge in our warm chocolate bread pudding, drizzled with a tart blood-red raspberry sauce. We promise to surprise you with our wicked Rhone blancs and spooky Cȏte du Rhȏne reds.

November 21 – Thanksgiving Day Wines

Celebrate the abundance of the season with a tasting menu of round, lush whites and traditional Beaujolais Village Crus. You’ll begin your evening with roasted beat taurine with creamy goat cheese, followed by a main course of Turkey Roulade and accompanied by potato puree and a light gravy. For a delightful finale, enjoy rich and creamy pumpkin pie cheesecake bites. Wine Academy of Utah Sommelier Jim Santangelo will show you exactly which wines to buy for Thanksgiving this year!

December 19 – Holiday Wines

Wine Academy of Utah Sommelier Jim Santangelo will help you curate a wine list perfect for gifting or for complementing your holiday table. Join us for a festive appetizer of delicate feta and spinach-filled phyllo bites, followed by a main course of herb-crusted pork tenderloin in an apple cider reduction, accompanied by sauteed vegetables. Conclude the evening sipping your dessert wine while enjoying our show-stopping chocolate yule log filled with light peppermint cream and garnished with sugared cranberries.
