Each ticket includes a themed, educational wine tasting presentation with three sample pours of wine, hearty appetizer plate, printed tasting notes and professional lecture.

Wine Academy of Utah Sommelier Jim Santangelo will help you curate a wine list perfect for gifting or for complementing your holiday table. Join us for a festive appetizer of delicate feta and spinach-filled phyllo bites, followed by a main course of herb-crusted pork tenderloin in an apple cider reduction, accompanied by sauteed vegetables. Conclude the evening sipping your dessert wine while enjoying our show-stopping chocolate yule log filled with light peppermint cream and garnished with sugared cranberries.

Start the new year off right with this special wine in review tasting, featuring top wine picks for 2025. Wine Academy of Utah Sommelier Jim Santangelo will provide the pairings for this scrumptious, multi-course meal of creamy tomato bisque and tender, braised short rib. For dessert, enjoy a palate cleansing, apple-pear fresh fruit tart.

Celebrate the month of love with three sweetheart wines that evoke romance with their intensity of flavor! Join Jim Santangelo, Sommelier with the Wine Academy of Utah, as you enjoy a fine dining experience of arugula salad with pomegranate seeds and strawberry vinaigrette followed by red peppers stuffed with mushroom risotto. For dessert, our luxurious red velvet cheesecake bars will melt your heart.

March 27, 2025 – Ides of March Wine Tasting

There’s nothing ominous about this March tasting event led by Jim Santangelo of the Wine Academy of Utah. Join us as Jim showcases wines from northern to southern Italy, accompanied by a luscious three-course meal of olive and sun-dried tomato crostini, mushroom stuffed ravioli in a rich garlic-infused cream sauce, and traditional tiramisu.
