Each ticket includes a themed, educational wine tasting presentation with three sample pours of wine, hearty appetizer plate, printed tasting notes and professional lecture.

April 25 – Earth Day Wines

Guided by Wine Academy of Utah Sommelier Jim Santangelo, guests will explore the world of natural wines in celebration of Earth Day. These wines will be paired with a gorgeous menu of mandarin-stuffed endives topped with pecans, a main course of mushroom herb risotto, and finishing with a delicate chai latte honeyed mousse.

May 30 – ‘Spring Sippin’’

Guided by Wine Academy of Utah Sommelier Jim Santangelo, welcome the warm days of spring by pairing a lively selection of wines with a menu of strawberry and spinach salad, followed by pasta carbonara topped with fresh peas and pancetta, and finishing with delicious rhubarb sticky buns and clotted cream.

June 27 – ‘Rosé from Around the World’

Guided by Wine Academy of Utah Sommelier Jim Santangelo, experience a world tour of rosé wines. These dry and fragrant wines will be paired with a starter of veggie spring rolls, followed by creamy Thai green curry, and a refreshing dessert of chilled mango sticky rice.

July 25 – BBQ Wines

Guided by Wine Academy of Utah Sommelier Jim Santangelo, sit back and relax with a series of wines that will compliment bar-b-que flavors. Guests will enjoy a starter of tangy broccoli slaw, complete with an entree of savory pepper, chicken, and mushroom shish kabobs, and ending with delicate angel food cake.

August 29 – French Countryside

Guided by Wine Academy of Utah Sommelier Jim Santangelo, experience the flavors of the French Countryside through a selection of refined wines, paired with a starting amuse-bouche of pickled baby beets, goat cheese, and candied oranges. This delicate course will be followed by a hot nicoise salad, and finish with a picture-perfect crème brûlée.
