Project Planning for Creatives with Alli Arocho

April 13, 2024, 5:30pm

Free workshop

De-mistify your projects, big and small.

Analysis paralysis is what can happen when you have a great idea but can’t figure out how to start executing it!
In this workshop, Leonardo’s resident artist Alli Arocho shares a planning system that allows you to break down your big tasks into small manageable pieces, keep track of progress, and plan toward deadlines.

Alli’s planning knowledge comes from her experience in corporate software development. Though her career has since shifted to the arts, planning plays a significant part in how she manages her art business, and how she executes her artwork.
