Driving Directions

Heading North on I-15

Take the I-15 600 South exit. Continue eastbound on 600 South until 300 East. Take a left at 300 East to 500 South. Take a left on 500 South. The Leonardo is on your right on the corner of 200 East and 500 South.

Heading South on I-15

Take the I-15 400 South exit. Continue eastbound on 400 South until 200 East. Take a right at 200 East. The Leonardo is on your left on the corner of 200 East and 500 South.

Parking

Please note that the Library Square parking lot and metered parking stalls adjacent to The Leonardo are owned by the City of Salt Lake. As such, we are unable to validate parking. For more information about rates, please visit www.parkingslc.com

Free Parking

There is free two-hour meter parking available on weekends. There is limited, two-hour parking available on some residential streets near The Leonardo.

Validated Parking

The underground Library Square lot can be accessed on the south side of 400 S. Visitors to The Leonardo can visit the library before or after their visit to obtain a 2 hour validation permit. The Leonardo is not able to provide these and validation must be obtained from the SLC Library.

Street Parking

Street meter parking is available around on the blocks surrounding The Leonardo. Meters vary from 30-minutes to two-hours, and are not available on 400 S.

Handicap Parking

Stalls for those needing handicap access are available on 200 E. and in the Library Square underground parking garage.

School Groups

Bus drop-off zone on east side of 200 E. Free street parking for buses and chaperone cars is available 1 block south of The Leonardo on 600 S. between 200 E. and 400 E. Paid parking for cars is also available in the underground parking garage (entrance on 400 S.)

Public Transit

The Leonardo is easily accessed by many methods of public transit. The TRAX Red Line Library Station sits on 400 S and is part of the UTA Free Fare Zone. Bus lines 228, 455, and 473 stop on the north side of 400 S across from the Salt Lake Public Library. There is also a Green Bike station in between the Library and The Leonardo.

Take TRAX or the Bus

The Leonardo is conveniently located on the south side of the 400 S Library Square TRAX stop. There are also nearby bus stations.

Take GREENbike

The Leonardo is accessible by the GREENbike station on 200 East.
