Pompeii POP Overview
Prepare your tastebuds for a decadent trip back to ancient Pompeii.
Our exclusive dining experience – planned and presented by SLC POP Chef and Top Chef: Boston contestant Katie Weinner – is a modern take on the cuisine the people of Pompeii enjoyed. There won’t be giraffe or lark’s tongues, but during this four course dining experience you’ll enjoy the flavors of basil, honey, fermented garlic, and even camel as each presentation adds a new facet of Pompeii history. And in addition to our specialty mocktail and tasting stations, you’ll have the rare chance to explore POMPEII: The Exhibit after hours. This is an educational dining experience like no other, perfect if you’ve ever wanted to dine your way back through time.
Tickets are $125 each for dinner, Pompeii admission, and cash bar access, with seating available for March 25th and March 26th.
The Pompeii Pop dining educational dining experience includes:
- Multiple-course tasting menu and educational experience from Top Chef Boston contestant and SLC POP Chef Katie Weinner ($95)
- One non-alcoholic specialty “mocktail” ($5)
- After-hours entrance to Pompeii ($25)
